Friday 18th June 2020, Reverend Andrew Mintern announced the Anglican Parish of Glenelg is recommencing worship in our churches, subject to government restrictions. The services with smaller congregations will recommence from Sunday 21st June 2020.

ST MARTIN’S 8:45AM SERVICE – RECOMMENCES SUNDAY 21ST JUNE
Congregation limit 40 worshippers plus officiants observing social distancing. Limit of 20 further parishioners in the side annex. Please note the 1 person per 2 sqm requirement still exists. Please note Communion will be by bread only and the priest will bring it to you in your pew to avoid the need for queuing at close quarters at the altar rail. A record of attendance will be kept – enter by main porch and exit through annex. Morning tea will be available after the service. COVID-safe practices will be followed too.

ST PETER’S 7:45AM SERVICE – RECOMMENCES SUNDAY 21ST JUNE
Congregation limit of 273 worshippers and Communion will be by bread only. Please continue to observe the 1.5m social distancing when queuing and at the altar step. A record of attendance will be kept – enter by main west porch and exit by southern door near the votive candle stand. A cup of tea and coffee will be available after the service.

ST PETER’S THURSDAY SERVICE – RECOMMENCES THURSDAY 25TH JUNE
Our usual 10am Thursday service will re-commence but because of social distancing and building capacity requirements worship will be held in the main body of the church not in the chapel. If possible please enter via the main west porch. A record of attendance will be kept.

ST PETER’S 10:00AM SERVICE – RECOMMENCES SUNDAY 5TH JULY
The 10am service recommences Sunday 5th July 2020. As its the first Sunday service of the month it will be a JAM service too. Congregation limit of 273 worshippers and Communion will be by bread only. Please continue to observe the 1.5m social distancing when queuing and at the altar step. Please enter VIA the WEST PORCH DOOR ONLY. Exit through the SOUTH PORCH doors or through the glass community centre doors. Morning tea will be served after the service.

Attendance records will be kept for all services. Due to the size of this service, please pre-register your attendance using Eventbrite. This ensures express entry to the service.
